The Exceptional Single Cask series encompasses Provenance, Premier Barrel, Old Particular and Xtra Old Particular. Our Single Cask approach and philosophy is to bottle them as natural as is possible to allow the true character of the spirit to truly shine through.
For our Exceptional Single Cask bottlings, we add nothing and take nothing away – they truly are as natural as it gets. We choose to bottle always at a high strength or cask strength; we do not chill-filter and we do not add colouring. The resulting Whisky in our bottles is just as the Distiller intended.
The region in which Whiskies are distilled can have a significant impact on the character of the spirit. the packaging of our Exceptional Single Cask range makes reference to the Scotch Whisky region the Whisky was distilled and matured in, each denoted by colour and regional stamp.
